- Master degree from reputable university, or bachelor degree with maximum 1 year of working experience
- GPA/IPK minimum 3.00
- Active in extra curricular activities
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Possess drive, ambition and determination
- Willing to travel, mobile and ready for assignment all round Indonesia
